Ray Keighley

Métis artist Ray Keighley was born in Alberta, although his roots are in northern Saskatchewan, on the Sucker River Indian Reserve. He moved his family to Saskatchewan in 1975 and has been here ever since.  He studied fine arts at the University of Saskatchewan. He often includes Indigenous content in his work through themes or symbols, and his work often has narrative or story telling qualities.
